QA Manager
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers in Testing who contribute to the success of our websites and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will be solid manager who is highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work.
This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do Manage a testing team Work closely with Product Managers to close requirements gaps, define acceptance criteria, and create thorough test plans Work closely with software engineers and technical operations to troubleshoot environment and application issues Be the subject matter expert for several areas of our applications Reviewing analysis and design documents, prepared test plans and provide feedback Create and maintain automated tests Investigate, report and track code bugs and defects to resolution Work with Test Environment and Test Data Management teams to ensure and enhance test system availability Skills and experience you'll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience testing applications Strong experience with testing automation 3 years of managing a team of testing engineers Ability to mentor and train a team in the latest testing methodologies Strong understanding of database technologies, a plus to have iSeries/AS400 experience Effectively communicate and report to Development and Management Experience with SQL Ability to self-manage and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met Note:
